Terms of service

1. These terms

Idara Connect is operated by WebMS Consultancy, Surat, Gujarat, India. By using the portal you agree to what is written here. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What the service does

Idara Connect lets a business import its own contacts, use its own approved WhatsApp message templates, and send those templates to its own opted-in customers through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, then see what was delivered and read.

The service runs on the WhatsApp Business Account belonging to the client. We operate the software; Meta operates the messaging platform and decides whether any individual message is delivered.

3. What you are responsible for

• Holding a genuine, recorded opt-in from every person you message, and being able to show where and when it was given.
• The content of your templates and the values you fill into them, and that both are lawful, accurate and not misleading.
• Complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's business policies, which apply to you directly and not only to us.
• Categorising templates honestly. Marketing messages must be submitted as marketing, even though utility messages cost less.
• Keeping your login credentials to yourself, and telling us promptly if you think they have been compromised.

4. What is not allowed

• Purchased, scraped, rented or otherwise unconsented contact lists.
• Unlawful, deceptive, obscene or harassing content, and anything Meta's policies prohibit.
• Attempting to work around sending limits, rate limits or account restrictions.
• Sharing your account with an unrelated business, or reselling access without our agreement.

The portal sends only through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. It does not, and will never, drive WhatsApp Web or scan QR codes to send messages from a personal account — that is a ban risk for you and is not available on this service at any price.

5. Meta's charges and ours

Meta charges per message, at rates it sets and revises, and bills them to the payment method attached to your own WhatsApp Business Account. We do not resell message credits and we do not float them on your behalf. Any figure the portal shows before you send is an estimate to help you choose a template category — the amount Meta actually bills is what counts.

Our own fee for operating the portal is whatever we have agreed with you separately, and is not affected by how many messages Meta delivers.

6. Delivery is not guaranteed

Meta controls how many people you may message in a day, how fast you may send, and whether a given message reaches its recipient. Those limits move with your account's quality rating, and marketing messages may be held back entirely by per-user frequency caps that we cannot see or influence. The portal reports what Meta tells it, in plain language, but it cannot promise delivery.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and to give notice before planned maintenance, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee unless we have signed a separate agreement that says so.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account immediately if it is being used to message people without consent, if Meta restricts or flags the underlying WhatsApp Business Account, or if continued sending puts other clients at risk. Either of us may end the arrangement with reasonable notice. On termination you may ask for an export of your data, and we will delete it as described in the privacy policy.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
